Guillermo Basug, Jr. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a QA/QC Engineer at HBK Contracting Company W.L.L. since June 2014, Guillermo has contributed to the NPP0032 Hamad Port Project. Guillermo's career began as a Site Engineer in self-employment from April 2003 to January 2007.
