David King

David King has a strong background in operations and management. David has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting with their position as Site Director - General Manager at Accent Marketing in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they served as Chief Operating Officer at ProfitLine, where they were responsible for all areas of operations and client relationship management. During their tenure, they successfully restructured the team to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.

In 2012, David became Senior Director Client Services at The Results Companies, overseeing client relations and service delivery for two Fortune 500 companies. David secured contract renewals and additional growth for both clients and generated annual revenues of approximately $50 million. David then moved on to Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC, where they served as Chief Operating Officer and led the launch of new BPO services.

From 2013 to 2014, David was the Chief Executive Officer of Profitable Results Consulting, and in 2014 they joined AOTMP as Senior Vice President, Efficiency First® Operations. At AOTMP, they were responsible for global operations and teams in charge of product management, business analytics, and project delivery.

In 2016, David joined Cass Information Systems as Vice President and General Manager, leading the Waste Expense Management division. David played a vital role in developing and implementing technology solutions, resulting in significant growth and improved profitability.

David's most recent positions include Chief Operating Officer at Fivestars and SumUp, where they oversaw operations and contributed to strategic planning. In 2023, they joined BeSmartee as Chief Operating Officer.

Through their diverse and extensive work experience, David has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive operational excellence and deliver strong results.
