Complex challenges have always existed — and business has always featured the unpredictable, surprising, and unexpected. However, complexity has gone from something found mainly in large systems, such as cities, to something that affects almost every single organization today. The world is not just rapidly changing, it is being dramatically reshaped and it is happening faster and faster. Individuals and organizations are struggling to respond. This new world poses profound challenges for organizations of all kinds. In this world of growing complexity, perplexing challenges may appear unsolvable and we created BeSpace to help clients thrive.

We work with our clients to tackle the most challenging problems and increase their capacity to continue doing so in the future. Our desire is to help our clients not just survive these challenges but gain new insights and grow in today’s complex world. We do this through committed care and tough love — we believe the only way to do this work is through candid feedback, generative conversations, emergence, learning in public, and a lot of good humor. We at BeSpace don’t know the answers, but we have a track record to show for helping our clients gain new levels of understanding and make the positive change they are seeking.
