Raika Testai

Raika Testai is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Bespoke Behaviour, a company dedicated to delivering neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed services to individuals with disabilities. They hold a Master's degree in Developmental Psychology and Educational Processes and have over a decade of experience in the disability field, supporting individuals and families in various settings. Raika began their career as a lecturer on the Psychology of Disability and Inclusion in Italy before migrating to Australia, where they further developed their expertise as a Behaviour Specialist. Raika also co-founded Let’s Grow Behaviour, focusing on inclusive practices in educational environments, and leads a team committed to fostering inclusive, person-centred support.
