Johan Bölin

Johan Bölin is a seasoned project manager currently serving as Projektchef at Besqab, with extensive experience in construction projects of varying sizes. Previously, they held roles as a project manager at Stockholms studentbostäder and as an assistant project manager at Akademiska Hus, where they managed significant redevelopment and new construction projects, including student housing and commercial facilities. Johan has also been actively involved in student leadership, having served as chairperson of the Royal Society for Community Building at KTH. They hold both a master's and a bachelor's degree in real estate and financial services from KTH.
