Hackett Emory is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations management and risk compliance. Currently serving as Senior IT Operations Manager at Best Buy since April 2012, Hackett oversees the business support for Connectivity & Digital Content, while also managing third-party application support teams. Previous roles include Senior IT Specialist - IT General Controls, where compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act was managed, and IT Service Relationship Manager at Accenture, responsible for communications with key stakeholders. Earlier career positions included material management and distribution implementation at Fritz Companies, vendor relations management at Montgomery Ward, and various roles at Kids “R” Us and Macy’s.
