Jackson Walling

Jackson Walling is an economics junior at the University of Minnesota, where relevant experience includes roles as a Laboratory Assistant and an Economics Peer Assisted Learning Instructor. In the Laboratory Assistant position, tasks involved assisting research technicians with lab maintenance and data entry. As an Economics PAL Instructor, Jackson facilitated improved student understanding in intermediate macroeconomics, creating engaging lesson plans. Previous work experience includes a wealth management internship at Canopy Wealth Management, where audit support and client communication were key responsibilities, as well as progressively responsible roles at Best Buy, culminating in a Shift Lead position focused on team leadership and customer experience. Additionally, Jackson bartended on private and public yacht cruises with Betty Lou Cruises, showcasing strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
