We’ve migrated with the nomadic herders in Mongolia, hauled sleds across the Arctic tundra, pack-rafted the rivers of New Zealand and mountain-biked with remote indigenous communities in Australia.

Best Life Adventures was founded by Ben Southall (winner of Tourism and Events Queensland's 'Best Job in the World') and his wife Sophee, on the foundation of delivering expeditions in the Great Outdoors to strengthen and build an adventurous mindset creating stronger, better connected, more creative humans.

Based in Queensland's Currumbin Valley, Best Life Adventures deliver expeditions and experiences to corporate teams, charities, and private groups through tough physical, mental and cultural challenges in wilderness environments disconnected from the burden of modern technology.
