Best Match Recruitment was founded in Warragul by Gippsland’s Naomi Matchett in 2006. Naomi recognised the need for a private recruitment agency to service the corridor from Gippsland to the south eastern suburbs, and with her background in employment services, she was able to tailor her agency to the needs of local businesses.

Since 2006, Naomi and her team have won numerous business awards throughout Gippsland, including Baw Baw’s Business of the Year.
