Best On Ground Performance offers leadership psychology through Ms Jenny Williams who as a Registered Psychologist who has worked with AFL clubs and is currently the Sports Psychologist in Residence for Adelaide's Elite Golf Academy.  Jenny  works one an one -  from talented youngsters to elite level athletes looking for the edge over their opposition and organizes corporate days through to small team meetings utilizing her extensive organizational psychology experience gained through her Masters of Organizational Psychology and work in the Private and Government company positions.  Noted for her honesty, frankness and lack of clichéd phrases, Jenny uses real life experience and her 25 years as a teacher to make real changes that last for far longer than the time spent in the presentation room.

Dr Mark Ralfe MB ChB (Otago), FRACGP DRANZCOG DCH MSportsMed (UNSW) also works under the Best On Ground banner providing sports medicine services and medical screenings for sports teams.  Mark has worked for over 10 years in the SANFL, the Lightening Basketball team under Jan Sterling and provides frequent Sports Trainers talks for Sports Medicine Australia.
