Ember House

Ember House is an experienced concierge and event management professional with a solid background in hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as a concierge at Best Upon Request since November 2021, Ember has successfully exceeded company expectations in managing requests and appointments while implementing a new site strategy that increased employee enrollment by over 20%. Prior experience includes roles at The Harris Building as a valet and event manager, overseeing valet operations for over 75 events annually, and various positions at Target and Aramark Refreshment Services, focusing on event preparation and customer service. Ember holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University and has additional education from Southwestern Michigan College.
