Mark K. is a seasoned hospitality professional with over three decades of experience in hotel performance and brand excellence. They have served as a General Manager for 21 years, a Regional Service Manager for nearly 4 years with Best Western Hotels & Resorts, and as a Director of Sales for two years, consistently contributing to regions ranked among the highest in the U.S. Mark is also a licensed real estate broker since 1988, which enhances their understanding of site selection and investment analysis. Currently, Mark is pursuing a degree in Accounting at Eastern Washington University.
