Sujeyn Fields has held various roles in the technology industry since 1998. Sujeyn began their career as a Helpdesk Operator at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. In 2001, they began working for Chief of Naval Air Training as a Telephone Control Officer, Information Technology Specialist, and Regional Video Teleconference Coordinator. In 2002, they moved to Probado Technologies Corporation as a Regional Video Teleconference Coordinator and Team Lead for the audio/visual department. In 2012, they joined Osi Vision as a Regional Video Teleconference Technician and Data Analyst. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Bestica Inc. as a Program Manager for three programs (Psychological Health Intensive Outpatient Program[PHIOP]; Virtual Behavioral Health [VBH]; Organizational Inspection Program [OIP]). In this role, they assist Army Medical Command in developing policies, procedures, and new and innovative intervention strategies for Region-wide implementation and sustainment of Behavioral Health Service Line Programs to include VBH, PHIOP, and OIP. Sujeyn also provides continuous guidance and oversight for standardized development and sustainment of IOP, VBH, and OIP services throughout Region Health Command-Central (RHCC). Additionally, they retrieve and analyzes data and provides adequate feedback to each MTF.

Sujeyn Fields' education history includes graduating from Valley View High School in 1997 with a High School Diploma, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2001. Additionally, Sujeyn obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification in December 2010.
