Rajitha Eda

Rajitha Eda is currently the Workforce Strategy Manager at Best&Less, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Workforce Planning & Optimisation at JD Sports Australia & New Zealand from 2024 to 2025 and were the National Workforce Productivity Manager at Greencross Limited between 2018 and 2024. Rajitha began their career as an Operations Support Manager at Noel Leeming Group from 2004 to 2009 and later worked as the Retail Workforce Optimisation Manager at David Jones from 2012 to 2018. They are pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Annamalai University, having completed a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from Kakatiya University in 1993.
