Linda Bright has over 10 years of experience in customer service and management. Linda began their career in 2002 as a Book Department Manager and Customer Service Manager at Hastings Entertainment. In 2012, they joined BestNotes as a member of the Support & Implementation team.
Linda Bright received a Master of Science (MS) in Business Organization and Human Resources from Capella University between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Brigham Young University between 1988 and 1992.
