Will H. is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. As the Founder of Bestomer since October 2022, Will H. also serves as an Investor/Advisor at Pinecone and contributes as an Executive Board Member and Contra Costa Advisory Board Co-Chair at 10,000 Degrees. Will H. has been an active member of YPO since 2017 and previously held significant positions at Lucidworks, including President and CEO and Chief Product Officer, from June 2013 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Splunk, where Will H. advanced from Engineering Program Manager to Director of Business Development from July 2005 to June 2013, and as a Programmer Analyst at Genentech, Inc. from 1999 to 2005.
