Roz Tsai

Roz Tsai, Ph.D., is a global talent management executive with extensive experience in people strategy, leadership development, and culture transformation. They served as Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Effectiveness at Thrivent since 2019, leading the enterprise talent management function. Prior to this role, Roz held several leadership positions at Ecolab, Honeywell International, and Lawson Software, where they were instrumental in performance management and workforce effectiveness. Additionally, they have been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management since 2018, teaching graduate-level courses on Global Talent Management. Roz is also an active board member for BestPrep and the Minnesota Orchestra.
