Eric Lemperis

Eric Lemperis is an experienced digital media producer and technical support specialist with a diverse background in video production and customer service. Since October 2014, Eric has been with BestRx Pharmacy Software, where responsibilities include writing, directing, voice work, footage gathering, and editing for consumer and employee-facing videos. Prior roles at BestRx involved technical support, troubleshooting pharmacy software issues, and maintaining PC networks. Before joining BestRx, Eric worked as a technical support representative at Support-Techs, providing customer service and support for over twelve companies. Eric is currently pursuing education at the College of DuPage, building upon prior studies at Westwood College.
