Tricia Behle

Tricia Behle has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tricia is currently employed at Beta Bionics as a Senior SW Verification Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at BIT from 2012 to 2021, where they held the position of Senior Software Test Engineer. Their responsibilities at BIT included conducting software QA activities and documentation, as well as performing exploratory, integration, and verification testing of in-vitro diagnostic instrument software.

Before joining BIT, Tricia worked at Beckman Coulter from 1992 to 2010. During their tenure, they held various roles, including Senior Software Validation Engineer, Scientist I/Scientist II/Senior Scientist, and Associate Scientist/Scientist I. In their role as Senior Software Validation Engineer, they were responsible for verifying new software releases for clinical chemistry systems and conducting system integration testing. As a Scientist, they were involved in assay development, data analysis for product development and validation, and data analysis for Menu Expansion chemistry projects. Additionally, Tricia collaborated with hardware, software, and system engineers to troubleshoot performance and instrument issues and served as a Test Lab Lead for a clinical chemistry system validation project.

Tricia Behle completed their undergraduate education from 1986 to 1990 at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Microbiology. There is no available information regarding their education at Orange Coast College or Fullerton College.
