Joel Borst

Joel Borst is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in engineering spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Beta Engineering since September 2017, Joel previously worked at Waldemar S. Nelson & Co. from September 2006 to September 2015. Prior to that, Joel was employed as an Engineer at Applied Research Associates, Inc. for thirteen years, from October 1993 to October 2006. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, obtained between 2000 and 2004, and an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Design from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, earned between 1990 and 1992.
