Manuel Tanger

Manuel Tanger is a co-founder and head of Future at Beta-i, where involvement includes collaborative innovation and financial committee duties since January 2008. As a faculty member at Singularity University, Tanger teaches courses on exponential technologies and disruptive thinking since July 2018. Additionally, Tanger co-founded (RE)SET in March 2019, focusing on sustainable business transformation. Tanger serves as an expert innovation evaluator for the European Commission and owns Comunlogos Unipessoal, Lda, delivering learning and certification programs. Previous roles include managing partner at Newzone Ventures, senior consultant at European Consulting & Corporate Services Ltd, and senior marketing manager at Qbian. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Physics from Utrecht University and Instituto Superior Técnico, and a PhD in Complex Systems from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
