Beta Rho Chi (BPX) is the nation's first biotechnology and pharmaceutical pre-professional society, dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders in the life sciences through professional development, academic support, and career exploration. BPX was originally established at the University of Southern California on April 17, 2023 by a group of 10 students with a shared vision of increasing accessibility and knowledge of these fields. Today, BPX has three chapters across the US supporting 200+ members and alumni. With 60+ degree programs represented, BPX promotes an interdisciplinary and exploratory community where members can forge lasting friendships, collaborate with their peers, and enjoy a supportive social environment.
