Aayush Kapar

Aayush Kapar is an experienced engineering professional currently working as a Team Member at BETA TECHNOLOGIES since February 2024. Prior to this role, Aayush served as an Aviation Systems Engineer at Garmin from July 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading projects for Simplified Vehicle Operations, coordinating program activities, and contributing to software development for systems testing tools. Aayush has also held positions as a Software Development Intern at Avidyne and Dynon Avionics, where tasks involved developing test libraries and GUI applications, respectively. Additionally, Aayush worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Florida Institute of Technology and gained early experience through an internship at Portal Bikes. Aayush holds a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Operations and Dispatch and has minors in Computer Science and UAS applications from the Florida Institute of Technology.
