Hamza Arshad

Hamza Arshad is a Test Engineer at BETA TECHNOLOGIES since March 2023, with previous experience as an Engineering Co-op at Hanon Systems, where duties included CAD modeling, FEA analysis review, and data analysis using Power BI. Hamza has also served as the Lead Mechanical Engineer for the University of Toronto Hyperloop Team, overseeing CAD updates and manufacturing efforts for competition pods. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Ready Lab, Hamza contributed to research on virtual CAD collaboration, developed Python scripts for data analysis, and authored a conference paper. Earlier, Hamza was a Space Systems Mechanical Subsystem Member for the University of Toronto Aerospace Team, creating actuation mechanisms for CubeSat experiments and conducting structural simulations. Hamza holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned from 2017 to 2022.
