Holly Leclair

Holly LeClair, ARM, CRIS, currently serves as the H&S Lead at BETA TECHNOLOGIES, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, LeClair was the Director of Health, Safety & Risk Management at ReArch Company from February 2020 to November 2023, and previously held the position of Health and Safety Manager. LeClair founded Green Mountain Safety Consulting, LLC, where the role of President was held from May 2000 to February 2020, and also worked as the Loss Prevention Manager at Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group during the same timeframe. Additionally, LeClair served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor & Trainer for Keene State College within the OSHA New England Region 1 from April 2002 to June 2018. Holly LeClair earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Saint Michaels College between 1990 and 1994.
