Meg Gras currently serves as a Team Ops Team Member at BETA TECHNOLOGIES since October 2025. Prior to this role, Meg spent over eleven years at National Life Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, where responsibilities included strategic talent partnership with senior leaders and managing recruitment for over 100 professional and leadership positions annually. Earlier experience includes being a Project Manager at Clarke Consulting LLC, where the focus was on enhancing organizational effectiveness and leadership, and serving as Manager of Operations at Springboard Enterprises. Additionally, Meg interned at the Women Presidents Organization, an organization supporting women entrepreneurs. Meg holds a degree in Community Development and Applied Economics from the University of Vermont.
