Michael Werner

Michael Werner is an experienced Program Manager currently at BETA TECHNOLOGIES, focusing on the development and certification of electric propulsion systems since November 2021. Previously, Michael held roles at Amazon as a Project Engineer and served as Director of Customer Services at Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc. From May 2013 to October 2018, Michael was a Project Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., and also served as Engineering Manager at the Keurig Green Mountain Early Production Center. Prior experience includes various engineering and program management roles at General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products and New Paradigm Automation, as well as academic contributions as Adjunct Faculty in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Vermont. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Professional Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
