Nathan Weil

Nathan Weil is a Mechanical Engineer currently working at BETA TECHNOLOGIES since June 2022, after previously holding an internship role in the same field. Nathan's extensive experience encompasses several engineering positions, including a Structures Intern at Relativity Space, where responsibilities involved the design and analysis of structures for the Terran 1 rocket. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer with Olin Rocketry, Nathan provided guidance on mechanical design and fabrication while teaching CAD best practices. Additional roles include mentoring at Olin Design Build Fly, where Nathan oversaw UAV design and testing, and serving as a Shop Assistant at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, teaching machining and composite fabrication. Education was completed at Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Aerospace, and Design.
