Riley Griffin

Riley Griffin is an experienced aerospace professional with expertise in flight sciences and aerodynamics, currently serving as the Team Lead at Beta Technologies since October 2017. At Beta, Riley leads a team of engineers focused on advanced aircraft concepts across various disciplines, including aerodynamic performance and stability. Prior to this role, Riley worked as an Aerospace Engineer at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, conducting engine cycle studies and developing aerodynamic design processes, while also managing patents and leading multiple SBIR contracts. Riley's early experience includes positions at GE Aviation in turbine aerodynamic design and performance engineering, as well as research roles at Tufts University, contributing to advancements in flow separation control devices and biomimetic technologies. Riley holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
