I. Mert ADAK is a dynamic, results-oriented Industrial Engineer with over 7 years of experience in bus and semi-trailer production, project management, and quality systems. They previously served as a Senior Production Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. and co-founded MAGOYA Company, where they designed innovative products and managed marketing strategies. Currently, ADAK is the Production and Material Planning Manager at Beta Enerji, while also leading greenfield projects at Koluman Holding. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cross-cultural leadership.
