Vigen Badalyan

Vigen Badalyan is a prominent entrepreneur and diplomat, currently serving as the Honorary Consul for Colombia in the Republic of Armenia since 2020. Badalyan co-founded multiple companies, including BetConstruct, where the role of Co-Founder and CEO has been held since December 2003, and other ventures such as SoftConstruct, Fastex, ArLeAM, VBET, and Vivaro Betting LTD. As a co-founder of Fast Credit Capital UCO CJSC since April 1993, Badalyan has significantly contributed to the financial sector. Additionally, Badalyan serves as a Board Member at the French University of Armenia since 2020. Educationally, Badalyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Armenian State University of Economics, completed in 1995.
