Valentina Kolyada

Valentina Kolyada has extensive experience in HR management. Valentina is currently serving as the Head of HR at Betera, where they are responsible for building and managing the HR department, implementing HR processes, conducting staff research, managing employee brand, automating HR processes, and more. Prior to Betera, they held the position of Head of HR at Parimatch from May 2019 to June 2022, and before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Parimatch from September 2015 to May 2019. Valentina also had roles as an HR Manager at M8 Corporation Ltd. and EPIO from 2015 to 2013 respectively.

Valentina Kolyada attended Belarusian State University from 2006 to 2011, where they studied Psychology. In 2013, they briefly attended Belarusian National Technical University and studied HR Management. In 2014, Valentina took a professional secrets of a manager course at the "Zdes' i Seychas" consulting group.
