Amber Phelps

Amber Phelps is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in case management and client relations. Currently serving as a Case Manager at BETHANNA since June 2023, Amber has previously held roles at Vanguard as a Client Relationship Associate, JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate Banker, and Citizens Bank as a Personal Banker Universal. Amber's career also includes positions as a Therapeutic Specialist at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health and US Medical Staffing, as well as serving as a Business Development Manager at Blink Optical. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University and an Associate's degree in Cultural Science and Technology from the Community College of Philadelphia.
