Millions of children across Sub-Saharan Africa live with — or tragically die from — treatable surgical conditions, but few can access the care they need. BethanyKids is a Christian organization transforming this reality by improving access to compassionate healthcare for children across Africa.

Because of our commitment to training new pediatric surgeons from across the continent of Africa, for the last ten years we have been growing as more and more of our graduates return to their home countries to serve as missionary surgeons.

Across Africa our surgeons, therapists and wheelchair professionals have committed their lives to bringing hope to the many who have been ignored.

As of 2025, we provide compassionate, transformative and Jesus-centred pediatric care in: Burundi, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Niger, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Uganda and Zambia.
