Tracy Buford

Tracy Buford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and human resources information systems. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and HRIS Lead at Be The Match since March 2020, Tracy previously held the position of Senior HR IT Business Analyst at Sleep Number Corporation from July 2011 to February 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Girls Basketball Coach at Laura Jeffrey Academy between 2010 and 2013 and various positions at Buffets, Inc. from 1993 until July 2011, including IS - Business Analyst II. Tracy holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Human Resources from St. Paul College, attended Grand View University, and graduated from St. Paul Highland Park High School.
