Gerald Ware

Gerald Ware, PhD, is an executive leader, social scientist, and consultant who serves as Chief Executive Officer at The Bethlehem Center. They bring over 15 years of senior management experience in organizational strategy, community engagement, and fiscal stewardship, and have led nonprofit initiatives and partnerships aligned with civil rights and economic self-reliance. They have served as a Board Member for First Things First Chattanooga (2022–2025) and for Children’s Academy for Education and Learning Chattanooga (2024–Present), are an Active Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity (2020–Present), and have volunteered with the Dads Making a Difference program since 2018. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Ph.D. in Social Research at Omega Graduate School.
