Betsy, a renowned brand under Foshan Qisheng Sponge Co., Ltd., has been a trusted name in the manufacturing of high-quality foam since 2003. Specializing in foam mattresses, spring mattresses, and memory foam mattresses, we are committed to delivering products that combine innovation, comfort, and durability.

Our journey began with the production and sale of foam products, and in 2015, we expanded our expertise into the mattress industry. Over the years, we have grown significantly, upgrading our production capabilities in 2013 with a state-of-the-art 50-meter sponge production line and expanding our factory to 40,000 square meters in 2022.

At Betsy, we are more than just a manufacturer—we are your trusted partner in sleep solutions. We offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services, supported by a skilled team dedicated to mattress design, production, and sales. In 2016, we established our overseas sales team, enabling us to serve customers worldwide and achieve remarkable milestones, such as selling 30,000 mattresses per month by 2018.

Looking ahead, our mission remains clear: to be your best mattress supplier, providing exceptional products and tailored services that meet your unique needs. At Betsy, we are committed to helping you achieve a better night’s sleep, one mattress at a time.
