Thorsten Behnk

Thorsten Behnk has experience in product development, particularly focusing on creating new products from seaweed at BettaF!sh and Oceanfruit. Prior to this, Behnk worked at Rezept & Konzept developing recipes for food, gastronomy concepts, and meal plans. Behnk also previously owned Nöcker Behnk Küchenpraxis, a successful business specializing in gastronomy consulting, recipe and product development, cooking classes, events, and presentations. Behnk's education includes a degree in culinary arts from Hotel Landhaus Flottbeck and studying at Uni Hamburg.
