François Fillette is the CEO and cofounder of Akimbo, with a tenure starting in September 2018. Additionally, François serves as an investor at multiple companies, including Steerlab, Better Angle, Topo.io, Attention, and Maki People, all of which began in 2023 or 2024. François was previously the General Manager for Ironhack in France from February 2017 to March 2018 and held the position of VP Sales & Business Development at CodinGame from October 2015 to December 2016. François co-founded Lookies, a SaaS-based energy management platform, before its acquisition. François holds a Master in Business Administration & New Technologies from HEC Paris and a Master in Management of New Technologies & Computer Science from Télécom Paris.
