Simon is also the Co-Founder of GoalsWon, an accountability app for founders & doers. Simon is the Founder of Vegan Startup Podcast, where Simon interviews alt protein founders from around the globe. In addition, Simon is an investor in several companies such as Prefer | bean-free coffee, everything but.., Aspiring Materials, Fattastic Technologies, Klever Meat, EatKinda, and Allium Bio. Simon holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with First Class Honors from the University of Melbourne, with a focus on Video on Demand, Networks, and Broadband.
