Ingrid Ellerbe

Ingrid Ellerbe is the executive director of Diversity by Doing (DxD), a healthtech initiative developed by Stanford Biodesign and Fogarty Innovation, where they lead efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion within the health technology ecosystem. With over 30 years of experience, Ingrid has earned recognition as a national thought leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they served as the executive director of Base 11, expanding access to STEM opportunities for women and minorities. Ingrid has held various leadership roles in educational technology and currently contributes to multiple boards, including Stanford Biodesign and Better Days Integrated Programs. They hold a BA in communications from California State University Dominguez Hills.
