Better Health Studios was founded by Joel Gottehrer in Boro Park, a personal trainer who genuinely strives to educate others about the importance of good health and fitness. With the rise of obesity and instant gratification in our society, there is less movement and more fast food causing long term detrimental effects on one’s health. 

Joel created Better Health Studios to help his clients achieve REAL RESULTS. The studio is designed based on Joel’s ongoing studies and methodologies. Joel provides his clients with the latest proven exercise technique and nutritional support to help his clients succeed. 

The Better Health Studios Personal Trainer Team is devoted to getting clients their results and the team is exceptionally good at it. We encourage our clients to view personal training as an ongoing commitment to enhance one’s health and fitness, not as a hobby or a quick fix.
