Šimon Let

Šimon Let has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Šimon began their career as a Junior Programmer at Seznam.cz in September 2016, where they implemented IMAP extensions and developed new phishing detection solutions. Šimon then joined Showmax in June 2020 as a Software Engineer, where they were a member of the R&D team responsible for building an infrastructure platform in AWS and migrating infrastructure and services from Hetzner. Currently, Šimon is working at Better Stack as part of the Product & Engineering team, starting in January 2023.

Šimon Let began their education in 2014 at Czech Technical University in Prague, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Šimon completed this program in 2017. Following that, from 2017 to 2020, Šimon continued their studies at the same university, this time in the System Programming field, and obtained a Master's degree. In 2019, they also had the opportunity to study at Utrecht University for one year as an exchange student, focusing on Information Technology.
