Through our two programs, Better Families and Better Work, we equip individuals and families to succeed.

Better Families protects children and preserves families by connecting them to safe and compassionate volunteers. This voluntary program is a preventative service which offers families in crisis the support needed to avoid foster care.

Better Jobs unleashes people's potential through employment and opportunity. We rally the community to offer job fairs which celebrate and empower neighbors to find dignifying and fulfilling work.
