Better Way Designs is a fast-growing, direct-sales company, giving women the opportunity to impact to those who were once caught in the sex trade by building their own freedom businesses and selling fair trade, sustainable, and ethical products!

We are excited to inspire our reps to DO GOOD for the world around them while they DO WELL for their homes and families. This all revolves around sustainability and impact. Once you join our team, you create a relationship with our artisans that means far more than charity. You become business partners. Their income relies on you and yours on them! Better Way Designs chooses to partner with companies that see people at their full potential.

Our Freedom Fighters are the heartbeat of our company. They keep the lifeblood of this company pumping through the many aspects of running their own businesses. We value our salesforce which is why we are constantly working to improve our program. From opportunities of leadership to trips to rewards, we LOVE to encourage and empower our team.

We are a Michigan based company, however we claim our 9 world-wide supplier locations to be our neighbors. Better Way Designs has committed to being held to the strongest standards and has done so by becoming certified by the Fair-Trade Federation. We also have a strong passion to support other businesses that are choosing to think community and people first. Because of this we are thrilled to be a certified B-corporation. This simply means we join hands with others to try to be “the best for the world, not just the best in the world”.
