Van Nguyen is currently an Enterprise Advisor at Better Work Vietnam, where they have provided professional assessment and advisory services to the garment and footwear industries since 2015. Previously, Van worked as an HR Executive at Global Link Co., Ltd from 2014 to 2015, where they gained in-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee compensation procedures.
