Aaron Ryden

Aaron Ryden is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Better since April 2020, Aaron has held various engineering roles including Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Wonder as a Staff Software Engineer, developing core product features and scalable backends, and serving as Tech Lead at Sundae Collective, overseeing technical decision-making. Aaron's earlier roles at Samsung Electronics involved architecting innovative solutions for TV experiences, while significant development was also completed at Relationship Science, Capital IQ, and Atlantic Technology Group. Aaron holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, supplemented with minors in Economics and Management.
