Ben Proctor

Ben Proctor is an experienced professional in technical program management and product support with a diverse background in media production and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Better since March 2020, Ben has held various roles in product support within the company, advancing through positions from Product Support Specialist to Product Support Lead. Prior to this, Ben worked at WeWork as a Response Specialist in Product Support and gained valuable experience at Apple as a Genius at the Fifth Avenue location. Additional experience includes freelance work as a Production Assistant and Assistant Video Editor, producing a documentary, and roles in the hospitality sector. Ben holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Production from the University of Cincinnati.
