Dalia Hervitz

Dalia Hervitz currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Better, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dalia worked at J.P. Morgan from August 2012 to April 2023, advancing through multiple positions including Executive Director, Head of Advisor Effectiveness for U.S. Wealth Management, and various Vice President roles in Advice & Strategy and Strategy & Business Development within the Asset & Wealth Management sectors. Dalia began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in Financial Consulting from July 2007 to June 2010. Dalia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2007.
