Gabriella Smith

Gabriella Smith is an accomplished professional in compliance and government relations, currently serving as a Senior Compliance Associate at Better since August 2020. Gabriella has progressed through various roles at Better, including Compliance Associate and Government Relations Analyst Intern. Prior to this, Gabriella held multiple leadership positions at Ledyard Canoe Club, including President and Treasurer, while also serving as a Salesperson. At Dartmouth College, Gabriella was the Director of the Diversity, Inclusion, Justice, and Equity Division for the Dartmouth Outing Club, where Gabriella founded and led the diversity and equity committee. Gabriella's early professional experience includes a Government Relations Intern position at Better.com in February 2020. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Arts in African and African American Studies from Dartmouth College, where education was completed in 2022.
